The EMA is a compact Type B (and optional Type A) liquid explosive detector certified to EU Standard 3. It uses multiple simultaneous sensing technologies — RF, infrared, magnetic and gravimetric — to analyse the contents of sealed liquid containers in about 5 seconds, without opening them.
